How Does Custom Made Jewelry Process
Send Us a Request
Fill out the Custom Order Request Form with the specific details of your design, such as metal type, gemstone, budget and time frame.

It will help us to visualize your idea better if you can send us images of examples or a sketch of your design.

We will get back to you with a complementary quote.
3D Rendering
Once you accept the quote and pay 20% of the quoted price, our jewelry designer will start creating your custom jewelry by using an advanced 3D jewelry software program to capture your idea.

After your approval of the 3D rendering images, your custom jewelry order will be moved to the production stage.
Start Production
To start the production, additional 30% of the quoted price will be charged. In this stage, your custom jewelry will be cast in the metal of your choice and gemstones will be set to complete your dream jewelry.
Finished Jewelry
It normally takes 7 to 10 business days from production to finish. Upon delivery of your custom jewelry, the remaining 50% of the quoted price will be charged. Your dream jewelry will be shipped via UPS Express in 2 business days.
Please note: Custom made jewelry is non-refundable. However, it is eligible for our lifetime warranty.
